Lifetime Warranty & Repairs
At MARCELLO RICCIO, our dedication to providing exceptional products and ensuring your satisfaction is paramount. We encourage you to thoroughly read our return and warranty policies, as they are applicable to all MARCELLO RICCIO jewellery.
We offer three different warranties which are described below:
Standard Warranty includes:
- All silver gold plated / vermeil jewellery comes with 12 months warranty.
- Finished defect-free. Our quality standards mandate that specifications should be met every time. Manufacturing defects are included under the warranty coverage, meaning that in the rare event any flaws or issues that arise due to the production process are protected by the warranty.
- Hallmarking. Recognising it is made from precious metals.
Lifetime Warranty includes:
- All solid gold & platinum jewellery comes with lifetime warranty, complimentary certificate of authenticity and appraisal.

Extended Warranty & Repairs (12 months) includes:
Our extended warranty can be added to all jewellery and the cost will vary depending on the value of your item, you may include this option on the product page or during checkout and a quotation will be sent to you by email or for more information please contact us. The duration of our extended warranty is of 12 months and it can be renewed up to 5 years.

- Hallmarking. Recognising it is made from precious metals.
- Restoring plating and polishing.
- Removing tarnish.
- Repair of broken jewellery (no missing parts).
- Deep cleaning and maintenance of the gemstones set on your jewellery.
- Securing gemstones (bezel) and prong tightening.
- Repair of damaged setting, chain, clasps and prongs including tipping if necessary
- Reshaping of the jewellery where possible.
- Replacing of damaged or missing gemstones up to 2.5mm and up to 8mm for pearls / up to 3 pieces per item.
- Ring resizing up to 3 sizes.
- Certifications from the most reputable laboratories like GRS and GIA are included for specific item and available for a cost on others. Please refer to the jewellery description that to may find in the product page or contact us for more information.
- Complimentary fully insured return and collection.
Each service listed above including complimentary collection and return delivery can be used 1 time only during the 12 months period.
Our warranties do not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, unreasonable or negligent use nor routine maintenance. We advise to have your jewellery serviced at least once every 12 months.
Excluded from our warranties:
- Unauthorised Modifications or Repairs: Any unauthorized modifications to the product will void the warranty.
- Chemical Exposure: Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals, such as perfumes, household cleaning products and certain makeup, is excluded from coverage.
- Loss or Damage: Loss of stones or components resulting from accidents or negligence is not included in the coverage.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Signs of deterioration, including prong prongs, thinning bands, are excluded from coverage.
Your statutory rights are not affected and all rights and benefits under the our warranty are additional.
If you need to exchange or return an item(s), to ensure and arrange a hassle-free return, you must email us within 14 days after receiving the item. We cannot accept any form of return after this period. Any unauthorised returned items will not be accepted nor be our responsibility.
